Maria Cino

Today (15^th, January, 2011) marks the day when Maria Cino (an American Politician) showed very well getting the third position in the election for the Chairman of Republican National Committee{RNC}.

Everyone especially the Political Bloggers seem surprised that she had collected as many as 32 votes.

And also the fact that she has never ever been a member of the Republican National Committee makes this even clearer and more noticeable.

To be elected as Chairman, it would take a majority of 168 members of the Committee

Maria Cino is a former deputy chairwoman of Republican National Committee i.e. RNC  but is neither a current committee member nor a former committee member, that makes her very strong. However Maria Cino finished at third position only, in this election for the Chairman of the Republican National Committee. But she has surprised everybody with her strength.

Reince Priebus (the Wisconsin Republican Party Chairman) gathered 97 votes and won.

Saul Anuzis (a Michigan Committeeman) gathered 43 votes and placed at second.

There were many supporters for Maria Cino. For example Dick Cheney, the Ex-VP and John Boehner, the House Speaker, everyone knows that they were supporting Maria Cino.

Michael Steele also declared his support for Maria.

But what about the most of Michael’s supporters, who voted for someone, other than Maria Cino.
