Vegemite

Vegemite is the most popular dark-brown spread extracted from yeast that attracts Australia and it is also the target of many jokes based on food. It is believed that people either love Vegemite or hate Vegemite. There is rarely, any opinion in-between. To some people, Vegemite is better than peanut-butter and is taken regularly by spreading on the bread or toast. The latest Vegemite product is going to emerge lately as Vegemite Gelato. So far the reaction to the new flavor has been mixed. Vegemite is said to have an umami (besides sweet, sour, salt, and bitter) flavor.
